Why Community Care

Community Care was born from listening — to quiet conversations, to tender moments shared on the table, to the unspoken knowing that healing is not meant to be a luxury. It grew from the understanding that care, when rooted in love, naturally wants to reach further.

At Luna & Soul, this offering is an extension of the same intention woven into every session: presence, respect, and compassion. Each month, a small number of sessions are opened at reduced rates as a way of honoring the rhythms of real life — seasons of abundance and seasons of need. Not as charity, but as connection. Not as obligation, but as devotion to community.

This Community Care program exists to meet people where they are — with honesty, respect, and compassion — and to ensure that care remains something we can share, not something out of reach.It’s a living practice of reciprocity — a reminder that when we support one another, healing ripples outward. This space exists because love does. Because care grows when it’s shared. And because wellness, at its heart, is relational.

How It Works

Community Care appointments are offered with the same intention, presence, and soulful quality of care as every session at Luna & Soul. The only difference is the rate — created to help make care more accessible when it’s needed most. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Each week, a limited number of sessions are offered at a reduced rate starting at $65. Certain add-ons may also be added at a reduced rate.

  • Sessions are first come, first serve, and may be scheduled in advance as spots become available.

  • To reserve a space, simply call or test Luna & Soul at 612-471-3593 or fill out the Contact form below and we will reach out to find a time that works for you and your therapist.

  • Once weekly spots are filled, they reopen the following week, giving space for new connections.

Community Care sessions are a quiet reminder that care is meant to be shared, not out of ready. Since these sessions are already steeply discounted, they are not eligible for additional discounts or special offers (unless specified with the announcement). This helps to preserve the energy and intention of the program so it can continue to be offered to those who need it most.
